This Policy explains how ThinkstreamTV (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses information when you connect platform accounts to automate publishing and analytics.
2) Data We Process
- OAuth tokens (with your consent) to perform actions you explicitly authorize via official platform APIs.
- Basic account information (e.g., user ID, display name, avatar) and content metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails).
- Operational data — timestamps, request IDs, IP addresses and error details to ensure security, abuse prevention and reliability.
- Cookies — consent and basic analytics only; no advertising profiles or cross-site tracking.
3) Purpose & Legal Basis
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — connecting accounts and using tokens to perform actions you request.
- Legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — securing, operating, maintaining and improving the Service, preventing abuse, and measuring performance.
- We do not sell personal data (CCPA).
4) Sharing
We share data only with the platforms you connect, and only through their official APIs, to deliver the actions you request. We do not sell or broker your data.
5) Retention
OAuth tokens and related metadata are retained no longer than 90 days unless required otherwise by law. Rolling backups expire within 30 days.
6) Your Choices & Data Deletion
- Revoke access anytime in platform settings (e.g., TikTok → Apps & Websites).
- Request deletion by emailing thinkstreamtv.media@gmail.com. Steps: see /data-deletion/.
7) International Transfers
Depending on your location and platform, processing may occur in other jurisdictions. We rely on platform safeguards and standard mechanisms where applicable.
8) Security
Encryption in transit, access controls, principle of least privilege. No method is 100% secure.
9) Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or local minimum age). Do not use the Service if you do not meet the minimum age.
10) Rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and withdraw consent without affecting prior processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
