1) Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ThinkstreamTV (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and ThinkstreamTV (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2) About the Service
ThinkstreamTV provides automation, analytics, and educational content to help creators and businesses manage their online presence across social platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Instagram). We may integrate official APIs from these platforms to perform authorized actions you request.
3) Eligibility & Acceptable Use
- You must be at least 18 years old or meet your country’s minimum digital age.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Meta).
- Prohibited: unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive use; API/token misuse; spam; attempts to bypass security or service limits.
4) Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and activities under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use or suspected breach: thinkstreamtv.media@gmail.com.
5) Use of Platform APIs
When you authorize ThinkstreamTV to access your connected accounts, you grant us permission—through official APIs—to perform limited actions you explicitly approve (e.g., upload video, fetch analytics). We only request minimal scopes required for features and never sell tokens.
6) Intellectual Property
All ThinkstreamTV materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and deliver it solely to provide requested features.
7) Third-Party Services
The Service may include links or integrations with third-party sites. Their terms and privacy policies apply independently. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or compliance.
8) Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, nor do we guarantee specific results.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 100 or the amount you paid, whichever is lower.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal risk, security concerns, or as required by law/platform policy. Upon termination, stop using the Service and revoke tokens.
11) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by EU laws and applicable international regulations unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
12) Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version. The latest version is available at /terms/.
